Lean Six Sigma Consultant (Remote, Commission-Based)
Job Description
Lean Six Sigma Bureau (LSSB) is seeking experienced Lean Six Sigma professionals to collaborate as independent contract consultants in delivering training and consulting services to clients globally.
This is a remote, flexible contract opportunity for professionals who are comfortable working on a performance-based (commission) model. Consultants will deliver services under the LSSB framework while managing their own engagements.
About Lean Six Sigma Bureau
Lean Six Sigma Bureau (LSSB) provides accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and consulting solutions to organizations worldwide. We support professionals with structured methodologies, high-quality materials, and systems that enable consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs (White to Master Black Belt level)
• Provide consulting and coaching to client organizations
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve business processes
• Manage client relationships and project delivery
• Collaborate with LSSB to maintain quality and consistency of services

• Use of certification and delivery platforms
• Operational support and standardized methodologies
• Optional marketing and business development support
• Access to Master Black Belt certification (if applicable)
Qualifications
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated experience in training and/or project delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements
Compensation
• This is a commission-based contract role
• Compensation is tied to client engagements and services delivered
• No base salary or guaranteed income is provided
Additional Information
• This is an independent contractor role, not employment
• No benefits or guaranteed workload are included
• Candidates must be authorized to operate as independent professionals
