Leadership growth manager (remote)
Who we are We are a healthtech startup that makes diagnosis and treatment more accessible for undertreated symptoms. We started by addressing male health symptoms and aim to expand into female health. An experienced and highly motivated full-time Head of Growth to lead and structure our customer acquisition. As Head of Growth, here's what you'll do: Develop, implement, and monitor a full-funnel marketing and growth strategy, and the related campaigns in different channels online and offline (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok & You Tube) Manage customer acquisition, finding and testing new acquisition channels, both online and offline Work closely with Product to iterate and optimise the user flow on the platform, improving conversion rates throughout the funnel and running A/B tests Have an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset Fluency in English is a strong plus Hybrid work.
