We are looking for an experienced Lead Welder/Fabricator to supervise daily operations in our fabrication department. This role is hands-on, requiring strong welding and fabrication skills along with the ability to lead a team and keep production on schedule.Why join us?

Responsibilities:Lead and support the fabrication teamLayout JobsMIG, TIG, and Stick WeldingOperate welders, press brakes, saws, and overhead cranesRead and follow blueprints and work ordersEnsure quality, safety, and on-time completion of projectsMaintain equipment and track materialsPromote teamwork and continuous improvementQualifications:5+ years of fabrication/manufacturing experience2+ years in a lead or supervisory roleStrong welding and fabrication skillsAbility to read prints and perform basic mathGood communication and leadership skillsInterested in hearing more?
