Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless, engaging, and innovative user experiences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide development and enhance user interactions.
Conduct user research and testing, iterating on designs to improve solutions based on feedback and data insights.
Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining brand integrity and driving innovation.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, introducing fresh, cutting-edge ideas.
Present and articulate design strategies to internal teams and investors, showcasing the transformative potential of your work.
Qualifications:
A visionary designer with a portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-centered design solutions.
Bachelors degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, with attention to detail that enhances user experience.
Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
Receptive to feedback and adept at using it to fuel iterative design improvements.
Bonus: Interest or familiarity with front-end development and coding languages.
