As a Lead UI/UX Designer at XMG, you will be an integral part of our start-up executive team, responsible for designing intuitive and visually stunning interfaces for our advanced IT, entertainment, and sports management AI-powered SaaS solution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver exceptional user experiences across platforms. Responsibilities:
• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless, engaging, and innovative user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, product managers, and stakeholders—to align design with product goals and technical feasibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide development and enhance user interactions.
• Conduct user research and testing, iterating on designs to improve solutions based on feedback and data insights.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining brand integrity and driving innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, introducing fresh, cutting-edge ideas.
• Present and articulate design strategies to internal teams and investors, showcasing the transformative potential of your work.

Qualifications:
• A visionary designer with a portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-centered design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, with attention to detail that enhances user experience.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
• Receptive to feedback and adept at using it to fuel iterative design improvements.
• Bonus: Interest or familiarity with front-end development and coding languages.

Pay: $71,464.02 - $80,978.18 per year
