Lead Treasury Analyst

Oversee all treasury functions and ensure the efficient management of the organization's financial resources. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize the company's cash flow and liquidity. Monitor and forecast cash flow, identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate loan terms and maintain banking and credit facilities. Conduct analysis of financial markets and economic trends to inform investment strategies and decisions. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and provide insights on financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all treasury activities. Supervise and mentor junior treasury analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend process improvements to streamline treasury operations. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of treasury-related audits. Participate in the development of the annual budget and monitor actual results against budgeted targets. Identify and implement strategies to minimize financial risk and optimize returns on investments. Maintain accurate and organized records and files related to all treasury activities.
