Lead Strategy Manager (Remote)

Accountabilities • Lead the market strategy design process for priority foodscape teams. • Provide consulting and advisory support on business and financial matters. • Develop and implement frameworks that support regional teams in identifying market interventions. • Support capital mobilization goals by developing investable opportunities. • Communicate complex finance and market concepts to diverse stakeholders. • Contribute to building and maintaining a pipeline of market-based projects. • Scope opportunities to scale validated solutions to other initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and 7 years’ experience in a relevant field. • Experience working with agribusiness or local agriculture communities. • Experience developing complex projects in an unstructured environment. • Experience managing large scale projects with internal and external stakeholders. • Proven experience developing business plans and financial models. • Experience in presenting technical work to various audiences.
