Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
ā¢ Build and deploy microservices-based architectures
ā¢ Develop and manage cloud-native applications on AWS
ā¢ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
ā¢ Containerize applications using Docker
ā¢ Monitor application performance using New Relic
ā¢ Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability
ā¢ Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
ā¢ Follow best practices in code quality, security, and system design
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
ā¢ Required skills : Java , Microservices , Spring boot and AWS
ā¢ Strong experience in Java (8 or above)
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
ā¢ Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
ā¢ Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
ā¢ Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
ā¢ Experience with Docker and container orchestration
ā¢ Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools
ā¢ Strong knowledge of performance tuning and load testing tools
ā¢ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
ā¢ Experience with Kubernetes
ā¢ Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
ā¢ Exposure to financial services domain
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
