YOUR IMPACT As an OSM (Observability & Service Management) Solutions Consultant, you will help customers realize the value of OpenText’s Observability & Service Management solutions. You’ll work with clients to assess their IT operations, showcase how OSM solutions enhance visibility, automation, and resilience, and drive their digital transformation. This role is virtual, Prague, Czechia. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS • Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle as a trusted technical advisor. • Design and deliver tailored OSM demos, proofs of concept, and solution presentations. • Collaborate with customers to align scalable, cloud-ready solutions with business goals. • Support technical scoping, RFP responses, and solution development. • Represent OpenText at events, building strong customer and industry relationships. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED • Fluent Czech and English are essential; a communication level in Ukrainian or Russian is beneficial. • Work experience in presales and solution consulting roles. • Strong understanding of Observability, ESM, CI/CD and cloud platforms. • DevOps-driven ITOps and DevOps principles like automation, collaboration, testing and continuous delivery experience are welcomed • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Self-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused with a global mindset.
