That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to grow while doing the most important work of your career.Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing:Lead Software Engineer We’re growing fast and are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help scale our platform, mentor a growing engineering team, and help drive innovation in logistics and AI/ML-powered automation.What You’ll Do Own architecture and development for high-impact parts of the platform — including APIs, workflows, and internal tools. Lead feature delivery from start to finish — scoping, implementation, review, and deployment. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to bring ideas to life. Mentor other engineers, set technical standards, and drive engineering best practices. Work on applied AI/ML features like intelligent provider selection, refund automation, and order prediction. Help shape Burq’s technical roadmap and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture. RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role. Strong skills in backend systems (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar), API design, and cloud infrastructure. Experience building and scaling production-grade web applications or platforms. Exposure to applied AI/ML in product environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
