Accrued Markets is a growth and marketing partner for real estate professionals. We build lead systems, IDX platforms, and conversion infrastructure that directly generate revenue for agents, teams, and brokerages.
We are expanding our outbound and growth team and are looking for disciplined, motivated people who want to build real income streams, not just work a short-term sales gig.
Position: Appointment Setter / Growth Representative
Type: Contract, Commission-Based, Remote

Role Overview
Your primary responsibility is to contact qualified real estate professionals, introduce Accrued Markets, and set high-quality appointments for strategy calls.
Over time, high performers can evolve into full-cycle closers, account managers, or build their own book of business inside our ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
Contacting inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
Qualifying prospects based on clear criteria
Booking strategy calls for our sales team
Tracking activity and pipeline in our CRM
Representing the company professionally and intelligently
Optionally learning to source and develop your own leads
Who This Is For
Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone or via DM/email
Self-directed people who don’t need micromanagement
People who want upside, not hourly wages
Those who can handle rejection and stay consistent
Sales, appointment setting, or business development experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Upside
This is a commission-only role designed for people who want leverage, not caps.
You earn:
Commission for qualified appointments
20% of every closed deal you originate
A continuing share of the book of business you help build
This means you are not just paid once — you are building a recurring, compounding income stream tied to real clients and real accounts.
