This individual will be responsible for supporting the design of our Salesforce architecture and strategy, building new features, and supporting our existing and rapidly growing user base.The Salesforce Developer assists all teams across the organization with their Salesforce needs (Admissions, Clinical Outreach, Patient Finance, Compliance, etc.). Specifically, they ensure system integrity and efficiency, build the CRM infrastructure for Charlie Health, develop reporting to drive insights across the business, and create processes and onboarding documentation for users.Our team is composed of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.ResponsibilitiesAt least 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce developmentServe as the primary owner of Salesforce development across Charlie Health, ensuring system stability, scalability, and cross-functional alignmentLead end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders—especially for high-priority initiatives like Sales tooling, workflow revamps, and employee onboardingArchitect and implement automation (flows, triggers, validation rules) that streamline operations and improve user efficiencyOversee configuration and integration of third-party platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Salesloft) and internal proprietary systemsCreate and maintain robust technical documentation, in line with engineering team standardsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior/intermediate admins; set standards for maintainable, scalable declarative and programmatic solutionsCollaborate with Engineering and leadership to drive project prioritization and ensure Salesforce evolves alongside business needsChampion Salesforce best practices, governance frameworks, and architectural decisions that balance speed and sustainabilityOrchestrate and organize work on the Salesforce admin pod on a daily basisQualificationsSalesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I/II (strongly preferred)Strong working knowledge of declarative automation (e.g., Flow Builder) and foundational experience with Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform limits, with the judgment to balance declarative vs. programmatic solutionsExperience managing third-party Salesforce integrations and overseeing vendor relationships (Ex: Salesloft, Verifiable, Salesforce Maps, etc)Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutionsHighly analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented with meticulous attention to detailPassion for mental health and a desire to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environmentBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
