Job Description
• * Bachelor of Science related discipline preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SFDC implementation experience in a large complex organization required with an overall industry experience of Senior Business Analyst and Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator/Configurator.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
• Strong configuration background in SFDC with a unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical.
• Experience working with the SFDC platform (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Formula Fields, Flow Builder, Reports and Dashboards, Territory Management)
• Experience with designing and modeling the underlying SFDC data model to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Experience with the Lightning platform.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required, including project management capability.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead and influence cross-functional teams.
