The Lead Sales Engineer within ICEYE’s Data line of business will be responsible for enabling technical sales, acting as a key technical advisor for potential customers, and ensuring the successful integration of the ICEYE’s SAR data products. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development to support revenue growth.The core responsibilities of this role are as follows: Serve as the technical lead in sales engagements, presenting solutions that align with customer requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises for potential customers. Design solution architectures to meet customer specifications, and support the development of technical proposals. Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and addressed. Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and resolving customer concerns. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ICEYE’s products, services, and industry trends. Participate in strategic planning for business development and customer retention. Support and mentor junior staff members and contribute to their professional development. Requirements Minimum of 5-10 years experience in technical sales engineering roles, preferably in the satellite imagery domain, spanning both B2B and B2G environments. Proven expertise in delivering impactful technical presentations and demonstrations. Strong knowledge of relevant technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex customer challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree (or higher level) in Remote Sensing, Geography, Engineering or a related technical field.
