As a Lead Router and CNC Programmer Machinist, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical expertise to program CNC machines and routers, lead and train junior employees, and contribute to the overall success of our fabrication team.
Responsibilities:
Utilize AutoCAD to design and program CNC machines and routers
Read and understand engineering designs to ensure accurate programming
Lead and train junior employees to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
Collaborate with the team to prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of the job
Requirements:
2+ years of router programming experience or CNC programming experience
1+ year of experience in a lead role
Solid work history and a strong work ethic
US citizen or Green Card holder
Residence within 45 minutes of Okauchee, Wisconsin
