Lead Risk Analyst
Job Description: • Oversee the daily operations of the Risk and Compliance team • Ensure adherence to security best practices and organizational standards • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to staff • Manage incident response activities and address escalated security events • Monitor MDR/EDR alerts, phishing tickets, and firewall requests • Conduct compliance audits and vulnerability assessments • Develop after-hours response plans and coordinate emergency response efforts • Advise clients on security improvements and Zero Trust implementations • Train and provide feedback to support team and departmental goals Requirements: • 3 years of experience in a SOC or incident response role • CompTIA Security+ certification • Proven experience in leading Risk and Compliance roles • Strong understanding of cybersecurity applications • Experience with public cloud platforms • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, firewalls, SIEM systems, vulnerability management, and EDR tools • Successful completion of a criminal background check • Must pass CJIS fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility Benefits: • IEG pays a portion of employee premiums for Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance • Vision Insurance • AD&D Insurance • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance • Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account • Flexible Time Off plus Holidays • Matching 401k Apply tot his job
