As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support * Managing production flow to ensure that all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards * Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative selling to customers * Recommending FedEx Office products and services to customers * Tracking and logging all production jobs * Setting up complex orders and performing multiple tasks at the same time * Ensuring quality during and after the production process * Communicating among shifts and coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders * Providing leadership to team members on an assigned shift * Assisting in the training of store team members * Collating, sorting, and organizing customer orders * Operating the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change * Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting * Following instructions of supervisors and assisting other team members in performing store functions * Following FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adhering to legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive friendly, polite, and expert service * Manage production flow to ensure that all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards * Take customer orders, give pricing information, and perform consultative selling to customers * Recommend FedEx Office products and services to customers * Track and log all production jobs * Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks at the same time * Ensure quality during and after the production process * Communicate among shifts and coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders * Provide shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 2+ years of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer
