As a seasonal Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll ensure software and hardware meet business and functional requirements from the customer’s perspective. You’ll validate performance against documentation and design, helping deliver a smooth user experience.

In addition, you’ll contribute early in the design cycle by creating use cases, reviewing requirements, and collaborating on UI and workflow improvements. Your work will directly impact product quality, project success, and customer satisfaction.

Day to day, you’ll…

Write comprehensive test plans, cases, use cases, and strategy documents; create high-quality defect reports and ensure manual test cases are thorough yet efficient

Act as a customer advocate, investigate production defects, and collaborate with Technical Support to gather feedback and close the loop on problem resolution

Identify, suggest, and drive adoption of product and process improvements throughout the development lifecycle; effectively influence quality on deliverables

Develop strong cooperative relationships across development, product management, and technical support; mentor team members and review proposed UI designs

Utilize test automation to enhance test thoroughness; execute and manage both manual and automated end-to-end functional tests

Write, review, and provide input on requirements, user design documents, and marketing requirements; ensure the product complies with customer needs

Construct usability tests with user experience (UX) and participate in and sometimes lead cross-functional testing activities to achieve end-to-end product quality

Create and manage work plans for deliverables; document business requirements, end-user workflows, and user-facing content using proprietary templates

Engage regularly with peers and management regarding project tasks, ensuring alignment with product marketing/product management for compliance with requirements
