Lead QA Automation Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ONTaking ownership of the entire QA process and ensuring its continuous improvementDesigning and implementing effective testing strategies and plansPerforming hands-on manual and automated testing (Python)Actively collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cyclesIdentifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes and workflowsProactively solving testing-related challenges and ensuring product qualityNot only distributing tasks but also directly participating in day-to-day testing activities. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLEAt least 6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python)Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivityHands-on experience in payments/B2B testingStrong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logicStrong experience in performance and load testing Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testingExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesGood communication skills in English and russian.
