DescriptionThe Lead Product Owner for Conferencing Solutions is responsible for conveying product vision, strategies, and the roadmap to A/V and engineering teams, with the goal of delivering conferencing solutions for the Humana workforce that enable highly collaborative and productive meeting spaces.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:In partnership with the Conferencing Product Manager and Product Owner, the Lead Product Owner for Conferencing Solutions sets the direction for Humana physical conferencing solutions and the corresponding experience and capabilitiesConveys product/solution vision to engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure cross-team alignmentResponsible for experience design, standards, and corresponding implementationResponsible for research and evaluation of new/emerging technologiesOversees conferencing-related A/V work for renovation, upgrades, and new build outs - includes design, planning, budget, procurement, and project leadershipDirection and oversight for lab evaluations of potential future products and capabilitiesResponsible for service and support strategy and oversight of related operationsThe ideal candidate will have:A passion for A/V and conferencing and recognizes that enabling inclusive and seamless collaboration in a hybrid work environment is critical to a company's success8 years of A/V (audio and visual) and/or conferencing related technologies, including codecs, display technologies, room control programming knowledge, microphones and config/management, camera systems, systems monitoring and management5 years working with and overseeing A/V integrator work via 3rd party work4 years of IT support strategy and execution3 years of experience managing, administering, and/or supporting modern conferencing platforms e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx2 years of team/technical leadership roleThis position may require periodic travel, estimated at 20-25% on average(this would be 2-3 days a month to Louisville KY, DC, Green Bay or Boston)Scheduled Weekly Hours40 Apply tot his job
