Lead Product Marketing Manager- Growth Solutions

Workiva is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Growth Solutions to create and manage the design and expansion of emerging use cases and solutions globally, from concept to launch. This highly cross-functional role partners with leaders across the business to identify or strengthen market position, increase awareness, and generate demand for our industry-leading offerings.As a full-stack growth marketer, this role will identify opportunities, build business cases, execute strategic plans, and report on business impact. The Lead Product Marketing Manager, Growth Solutions will drive innovative product marketing strategies and act as a catalyst for change. What You’ll DoDevelop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new markets, solutions, and use cases as part of a cross-functional growth and incubation teamsCollaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Sales Operations to develop product positioning and messaging, and drive successful rollouts of sales enablement and support tools that empower the sales teamLead the formulation of growth strategies with an emphasis on evaluating build, buy, and partner options to meet organizational goalsConduct comprehensive evaluations, business and technology, both, of potential partners and identify acquisition opportunities to enhance the company's capabilitiesEstablish criteria for marketplace expansion including financial modeling, total addressable market (TAM), serviceable available market (SAM), and serviceable obtainable market (SOM) Partner with our Growth Solutions team to define and pitch new opportunities in alignment with Workiva’s idea-to-incubation (i2i) process Analyze and package market and industry trends, customer needs, competition to shape our growth strategy and drive product market fitPlay a crucial role in positioning our growth solutions in relevant industry reports, such as Forrester Wave and Gartner MQWhat You’ll NeedMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field8+ years experience in product marketing, or closely related fields, with an emphasis growth solutionsExperience in business-to-business (B2B) tech marketing, with a preference for Software as a Service (SaaS) Preferred QualificationsDeep understanding of the finance and accounting industry, with familiarity with the systems and tools that power modern finance functionsStrong grasp of emerging trends like AI and data technologies reshaping the industryProficiency in defining, launching, and governing scalable solutions to support growth marketing strategyEffective communication skills across all organizational levels, spanning from buyers and end-users to executive managementAbility to navigate ambiguity with a natural curiosity to uncover opportunities in new markets by leveraging new technology trendsDemonstrated success in collaborating and influencing cross-functional leadership teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Customer SuccessStrategic mindset with the ability to derive insights from data for decision-makingProven ability to innovate and optimize business-driving strategiesExceptional communication and program management skillsTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsMinimum of 25% travelReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $133,000.00 - $214,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
