Lead Product Manager, International Expansion

We are looking for a Country Head to bring this value to the global ecosystem.
You will be responsible for developing your country's Vision, Strategy, and subsequently delivering a high value product with the help of your world class, cross functional partners. You will control the end to end ecosystem, which means identifying products for both Merchants and Consumers.
As a country head, you will be the true end to end owner.
What you'll do
• Own the end to end success of a country.
• Drive the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for the portfolio of products that pertain to your country.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers, DS, and UX.
• Build strong relationships across engineering and commercial teams to ensure a high-quality experience for both consumers and merchants.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis to build a best-in-class experience.
• Execute in a fluid environment with creative solutions.
What we look for
• 7+ years of experience in building software products as a product manager.
• Comfortable with regular exec(CEO + Staff) visibility.
• Experience leading through influence.
• Experience driving complex strategies in previous roles.
• Affinity for scrappy environments.
Bonus points!
• Experience working with Merchants and International markets is a plus.
• Experience as a people manager a plus. Although this is a IC role currently, with scale, the ideal candidate would grow into people management.
• Experience working in Fintech a huge value add.
Location - Remote U.S.
The majority of our roles can be located anywhere in the U.S. (exclusive of the U.S. Territories) and Canada (with the exception of Quebec).
