- Must be based on east coast, but 100% remote.

In this role as Lead Product Manager, you'll join a passionate, global team to shape the future of the company's products. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation and market research to implementation and launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new features and products to life. Your creativity and startup mindset will help enhance a portfolio of applications that empower users to connect. The role requires adaptability to work across different regions' time zones, including North America, South America, and Europe.
Requirements:
 5-7+ years of product management experience
 Strong roadmap management skills
 Excellent writing skills for creating epics and stories
 Familiarity with tools like Figma, Productboard, MixPanel, and Google Suite
 Experience developing KPI metrics and designing A/B tests
 Passion for the online dating space and fostering meaningful connections
 Ability to identify loopholes and continuously improve
 Strong sense of ownership and accountability
 Familiarity with product ideation frameworks like CIRCLES
 Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze trends to improve products
 Skilled in go-to-market management and strategy
 Decisive and able to secure buy-in to drive projects to completion
Responsibilities:
 Lead the discovery, development, and launch of innovative product features
 Drive product improvements and new product development
 Optimize efficiency to deliver repeatable and predictable results
 Collaborate with data teams to evaluate feature success and performance
 Align working hours with team members across various time zones
Bonus Skills:
 Technical architecture experience with mobile apps
 Experience with social or dating products
 Background in data research or consumer software
This will most likely start off on contract, and convert to full time shortly after. The hourly rate would be between $70 and $85/hour. The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000, with a strong emphasis on fostering an inclusive and supportive company culture.
