As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our front-end pharmacy team and delivering exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers. You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and providing the highest level of care to our customers.

**A Day in the Life:**

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
* Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
* Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
* Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

**Required Qualifications:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

**Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, we encourage candidates with:

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: $18.50

Maximum: $34.60

Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
