Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks when the pharmacy is busy. Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation

Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
