A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks during busy periods. You will work closely with our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Additional responsibilities will include: Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws The Team and Rewarding Benefits at blithequark At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our supportive and inclusive work environment. Pay Range and Salary Information The typical pay range for this role is between $18.50 and $34.60 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. Required Qualifications and Skills To be successful as a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will need: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician In addition to these requirements, we are looking for candidates with excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Prior experience in the long-term care industry PTCB National Certification Candidates with these preferred qualifications will be given priority consideration.
