Lead Pharma Solutions Director - REMOTE

Accountabilities
• Lead prospecting and build relationships with key decision makers across pharmacy.
• Grow the Outcomes pharmacy data network to support Pharma programs.
• Develop strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach.
• Coordinate cross-selling opportunities within the organization as appropriate.
• Travel to engage with prospective pharmacy accounts and industry events.
• Build an initial playbook for network expansion strategy.
• Develop impactful content in collaboration with marketing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on data sharing with pharmacy partners.
• Manage the contracting process for data integration.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to track opportunities for forecasting purposes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or solutions management.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Experience with contract management and negotiation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
