Design, plan, and execute experiments to test the effectiveness of new operations research solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in operations research and transportation to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of operations research analysts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of operations research solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new operations research solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of operations research processes and procedures.
