Job Title: Lead .Net/Blazor Applications Developer
Location: Remote Role
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead a development team to support the maintenance of software applications, including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing.
ā¢ Provide technical support and application software development services for defined projects.
ā¢ Analyze and modify existing application logic and develop new program logic.
ā¢ Make key system design and integration decisions around tools, processes, and practices to enable teams to apply DevOps practices.
ā¢ Ensure the quality of work through thorough testing and maintain system availability, performance, and functionality.
ā¢ Manage system installations, upgrades, and patches.
ā¢ Produce and maintain documentation for supported systems, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed design documents.
ā¢ Work in an Agile environment and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation preparation.
ā¢ Work across global teams in different time zones such as India, US and UK.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 8+ years of experience in Systems Development or equivalent work experience.
ā¢ Proven experience in development using C# and .NET Framework 2.0-4.x and Dotnet 6/8, including Visual Studio.
ā¢ Experience developing ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and Restful APIs.
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience developing enterprise-level Blazor applications.
ā¢ Experience managing code and dependencies in Azure DevOps and GIT, along with other configuration management best practices.
ā¢ Experience configuring code repositories, pipelines, and releases in Azure DevOps.
ā¢ Experience with Azure resource management using ARM templates, Terraform templates, and Azure APIs.
ā¢ Experience with Test Driven Development using Nunit or XUnit is preferred.
ā¢ Strong experience in developing and deploying cloud native applications preferably in Azure Cloud.
ā¢ Strong ability to analyze and debug production incidents.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to work in matrix team environments and interface with stakeholders effectively.
ā¢ Strong technical operational support skills for .NET implemented solutions.
ā¢ Ability to create solution technical designs and maintain code bases for enhancements and fixes.
ā¢ Experience in producing and maintaining detailed design documents and technical specifications.
ā¢ Strong stakeholder interface capability and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
