**Your Role**

As a Lead Key Account Management & Customer Experience professional, you'll be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and customer experiences across our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Strategic Key Account Management**: Develop and execute strategies for all partnerships in our projects, including Zero Bills with house builders, Mieterstrom with real estate funds, and Whitelabeling with sales partners.
* **Customer Journey Optimization**: Design and optimize the customer journey from sign-up to long-term customer retention, ensuring seamless experiences and maximum satisfaction.
* **Partner Kit & Marketing Kit Development**: Create and evolve partner kits and marketing materials to ensure effective partner communication and engagement.
* **Data & Performance Analysis**: Analyze partner activities to identify optimization opportunities in conversion and customer retention, driving business growth and improvement.
* **Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic partner and customer experience.
* **Support in Strategic Marketing Processes**: Contribute to strategic marketing processes, particularly for partner projects and sales partnerships.

**What You Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Proven Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Experience, Business Development, or Marketing**: Ideally, in a fast-growing or innovative environment.
* **Bachelor or Master's Degree**: In a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field, and a track record of entrepreneurial spirit.
* **Strategic and Analytical Thinking**: Ability to optimize processes using data-driven insights and drive sustainable growth.
* **Experience in Customer Journey Optimization**: From sign-up to retention, with a focus on seamless experiences and maximum satisfaction.
* **Hands-on Mentality**: Ability to manage operational topics and negotiate with partners on a strategic level.
* **Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills**: Internal and external, with partners and customers alike.
* **Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills**: To develop new ideas in partner activation and customer journey optimization.
* **Fluent German and English Language Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
