You may be ready to join us.Job Description:Lead Integration Architecture & DevelopmentOversee the design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms), ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions across diverse applications and databasesDrive Data Mapping & Transformation Strategy:Define and review complex data mapping and transformation approaches, ensuring consistency, performance, and best practices across integration flows.API Strategy & Governance:Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reuse.Incident Management & Optimization:Guide troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members in resolving integration issues, and ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems.Technical Documentation & Standards:Establish and enforce documentation standards, ensuring clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are maintained.Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment:Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to shape technical solutions, align priorities, and drive successful delivery across teams.Qualifications:Platform Expertise:8+ years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration processes.Technical skills:Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns.Leadership skills: Technical Mentorship - Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback.Decision-Making & Ownership - Capacity to make informed technical decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs.Language skills:Fluency in English language is a must.
