WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role reports directly to the Global Sales Code Director and works alongside the Global Sales Go To Market (GTM) team and Global Sport Sales Directors (SSD’s). Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to key partners; Global SBDs, ND Merch and Planning, the Central Code team, Sport Integration leads, Brand Planning, Concepts, Sales and Geo GTM partners. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced process lead with a passion for supporting our Partner Sales Marketplace. The ideal candidate will be an innovator, forward- thinking problem solver, and strategic connector. A candidate who embraces innovation, creativity, a bit of defiance and a respect for the greatness of the brand will help a candidate co-create success across the integrated team. • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in business operations or related field. • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. • A strong commercial background with a proven history of driving results across sales, merchandising, marketing, or a related field. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize consumer and marketplace data to drive action across teams. • An adaptable leader, who is both a strategic thinker and a doer: someone who can zoom out and connect dots across teams, while rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Role Overview As the Lead, Global Sales Code your primary focus will be to drive the seasonal execution and improvements within Partner Marketplace Code. This role collaborates closely with the Global Nike Direct Go-To-Market (GTM) team to facilitate the seamless execution of seasonal initiatives and optimize processes supporting Nike’s overarching Marketplace Strategy. In this capacity, the Lead is responsible for managing activities related to the Global Partner Marketplace within the X-Sport Enterprise Code framework. The role also entails working in concert with Nike Direct and various functional stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and integration of Marketplace Code operations, as well as to foster improved engagement across teams. Primary Responsibilities Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive seasonal sales strategies tailored to marketplace objectives. The Lead actively monitors strategic priorities, Industry trends, competitor movements, and broader industry activities to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the role is accountable for conducting research and driving business development initiatives. • Guide forums to support seasonal decisions for better commercial and consumer outcomes. • Oversee Marketplace Code and GTM routines across Sport and Channel teams. • Coordinate Partner Marketplace Code efforts and deliverables. • Improve collaboration among Nike Direct, Global, and Geo Code & GTM teams. • Involve key partners from Sport, Brand Planning, Concepts, and related areas to enhance the Partner Marketplace. • Implement scalable processes to turn cross-sport strategies into visible consumer results.
