Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads to drive sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment and technology sales, as you will be engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
Duties
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and qualify prospects.Track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress.Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships with potential clients.Communicate effectively with prospects to identify their needs and match them with our offerings.Collaborate with owner on lead generation and conversion.Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.Participate in telemarketing and social media efforts to promote our products and services.Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance lead generation efforts.
Experience
Proven experience in technology or recruitment sales or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and telemarketing practices.Proficient in using Linkedin and CRM software for lead management.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales is a plus.A proactive attitude towards learning about new AI technologies and software solutions.
