CNC Machines is a national marketplace for pre-owned CNC machinery. Similar to a real estate brokerage, we connect machine owners with buyers and negotiate high-value equipment transactions.

Our edge is simple: we find machines before they hit the open market.

The Role:

We’re hiring Cold Callers / Lead Generation Specialists to call manufacturers from our internal database and identify CNC machines that are coming up for sale.

This is a production focused role. We care about calls, conversations, and qualified machine leads.

Schedule & Flexibility:
• Remote / work from home
• 1099 contractor role
• 2–5 days per week minimum preferred
• $100 per day for a 4-hour shift (equivalent to $25/hour)
• Flexible scheduling as long as calls are made during U.S. business hours (8am–5pm local time of the prospect)
• Short breaks encouraged (approximately 5 minutes per hour)

Performance Expectations:
• Minimum 20-30 outbound calls made and logged per hour
• Update contact name, email and cell phone numbers
• Find CNC machines coming up for sale
• Consistent weekly activity
• Accurate (but not extensive) CRM notes for every call
• Discover Idle or underutilized equipment
• Upgrade, relocation, or downsizing timelines

What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls using CNC Machines’ internal database 80k companies
• Speak with owners, plant managers, and operations staff
• Ask structured qualifying questions
• Capture initial machine details (brand, model, condition, timeline)
• Pass qualified “machine for sale” leads to our sales team

What You Will NOT Be Doing:
• No closing deals
• No pricing discussions
• No collections or payments
• No customer support
• No high-pressure sales tactics

Ideal Candidate:
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Clear, professional speaking voice
• Confident speaking with business owners
• Resilient — rejection doesn’t slow you down
• Self-directed and reliable

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
• B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience
• Manufacturing or industrial background
• Familiarity with CNC machines or equipment sales
• CRM experience

Compensation:
• $100 per day (4-hour shift)
• Additional performance-based bonuses when machines sourced by you successfully sell (Bonus $ amount will vary based on lead quality and outcome)
