We specialize in personalized weddings and exceptional client experiences. As inquiries continue to grow, we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, increase inbound leads, and help expand our reach across PA, NJ, and surrounding areas. This is a freelance, flexible-hours position focused purely on generating qualified leads — not content creation, not event work, but strategic lead growth. Position Overview We’re seeking a proactive, organized Lead Generation Specialist who understands how to grow a service-based business through digital strategy, platform optimization, and smart outreach. This role will focus on increasing inbound inquiries through optimized listings, SEO improvements, vendor partnerships, and lead funnel enhancements. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes marketing work and is motivated by measurable results. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Strategy • Optimize listings on platforms like Zola, The Knot, and WeddingWire for maximum visibility • Improve SEO and keyword use across website pages • Create or refine lead funnels, CTAs, and inquiry pathways • Analyze gaps in current lead flow and propose improvements Pinterest & Search-Based Traffic • Build or optimize Pinterest strategy for consistent bridal traffic • Upload and organize pins that link to services and blog pages • Track performance and adjust strategy for higher reach Ongoing Lead Support • Monitor analytics to determine what’s working • Provide monthly reports or summaries of improvements and results • Suggest new ideas for driving consistent, qualified inquiries Requirements • Experience in lead generation, SEO, digital marketing, or related fields • Strong understanding of online platforms and how to increase visibility • Comfortable with outreach and communication through email and social platforms • Familiarity with the wedding or event industry is a plus, but not required • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Compensation: • Flat project fee for foundational work (listing optimization, SEO updates, Pinterest setup, website improvements). • Performance bonuses available based on results, including increased inquiries, enhanced analytics performance, and improved platform ranking. • Optional ongoing monthly retainer available after initial project (if mutually agreed).
