Lead Generation Specialist for a Traffic Control and Flagging Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)
About the position
Lead Generation & Prospecting (Primary Focus)
• Call through provided list of leads
• Follow up with potential clients regarding project opportunities
• Monitor local and state project boards
• Track all leads and call activity in Excel
Bidding & Estimates
• Prepare bid-sheet quotes based on calls (training will be provided)
• Organize and track bid status (sent, pending, won, lost)
• Send bids via email
Administrative Support
• Assist with certified payroll documentation as required
• Support QuickBooks transactions lookups (secondary task)
• Update Excel trackers
Responsibilities
