We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Lead Generation Platforms Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale performance across multiple lead generation platforms, online directories, and third-party lead aggregator partners. In this role, you will work across a variety of marketplace and directory platforms (such as eLocal, Thumbtack, Angi, Service Direct, Yelp, Goodzer, Networx, and similar partners), ensuring listings, media assets, budgets, and campaign settings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with business goals.

This position plays a critical role in driving lead quality, visibility, and cost efficiency by managing platform configurations, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendor partners. A Lead Generation Platforms Specialist is not simply someone who “lists” a business online — this role actively manages and optimizes campaigns to ensure the business receives high-quality inquiries and sales opportunities, while improving performance and efficiency over time.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain listings, profiles, and campaign settings across lead generation platforms and directory partners (e.g., eLocal, Thumbtack, Angi, Service Direct, Yelp, and similar platforms).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of business information across platforms, including:
• Service categories
• Coverage areas / geo targeting
• Budgets and pacing
• Branding, messaging, and contact information
• Upload, update, and optimize digital media assets such as logos, images, descriptions, service details, and promotions to improve visibility and lead quality.
• Monitor lead volume, spend, performance metrics, and platform dashboards to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Optimize campaign performance through platform adjustments such as:
• Budget allocations
• Category and service targeting
• Coverage area updates
• Lead filters and platform-specific settings
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Account Management) to align directory and platform strategy with broader campaign goals.
• Communicate with external vendor representatives to:
• Manage updates and platform changes
• Troubleshoot lead delivery issues
• Request credits/refunds when applicable
• Implement performance improvements
• Track changes including pauses, budget adjustments, listing updates, and platform-specific requirements to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Maintain organized documentation of platform settings, best practices, and performance insights.
• Provide performance reporting and recommendations based on platform data.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with lead generation platforms, online directories, or marketplace-based advertising (required).
• Strong understanding of how lead platforms deliver, track, and optimize lead flow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online dashboards to track performance and outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or advertising.
• Experience working directly with directory/lead platforms such as Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, Networx, Goodzer, eLocal, Service Direct, etc.
• Experience with CMS tools, dashboards, or digital asset management systems.
• Basic understanding of local SEO, directory optimization, and performance-based advertising.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
