Responsibilities • Develop and execute targeted B2B outreach campaigns using HubSpot CRM to generate high-quality leads. • Conduct warm and cold outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them with compelling value propositions. • Qualify inbound inquiries and nurture leads through personalized communication strategies to move them through the sales funnel. • Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and analyze campaign performance. • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities. • Maintain detailed records of all communications, appointments, and follow-up actions within the CRM system. • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with potential partners. Skills • Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles. • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English. • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot and Salesforce for managing contacts and tracking sales activities. • Knowledge of technology or software sales environments, including technical sales processes. • Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. • Solid understanding of marketing strategies related to lead nurturing and business development. • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented setting.
