**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Experience Designer at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Envision, create, and maintain customer experiences for various consumer-facing products and services, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
* Provide direction and guidance to the design team, sharing expertise and feedback to drive design excellence
* Mentor junior designers, helping them develop their skills and connect with core disciplines
* Facilitate complex design programs, exploring user context, and engaging in insight-gathering activities
* Collaborate with partners in product, technology, and business to drive design solutions that meet customer needs and business goals
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies
* Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring strong design solutions that meet business objectives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
* 6+ years of relevant experience in experience design, with a portfolio of professional work
* Experience with Agile software delivery environments and common design software (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
* Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and customer experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
If you have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
* Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and/or CMS
* Experience working with design systems and digital product design in a retail environment
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product developers and build relationships with stakeholders
* Experience leading end-to-end design projects and contributing to multiple design programs or shipped products
