Lead Data Analyst - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing critical business insights that drive strategic planning and enhance operational processes. Your contributions will lead to the delivery of high-quality care for our clients. Collaborating with various teams, you will utilize your data expertise to build and improve data models, ensuring accurate analytics. Accountabilities
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Product, and other teams to provide business insights.
• Become an expert in diverse data sources and work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build a scalable analytics metrics database.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends in care experience and utilization.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility.
• Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests ensuring high data quality.
• Guide stakeholders on reporting logic, metric development, and data limitations.
• Build automation and self-service analytics solutions using data tools.

Requirements
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in an industry setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience in complex queries.
• Experience in working with cloud data warehouses and modeling analytic views.
• Strong experience defining metrics and developing actionable dashboards.
• Experience developing automated analytic solutions involving scripting.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project ownership and ability to manage project milestones independently.
