This role reports to the Director of Customer Insights, and will involve creation of high value analytics for Arcadia’s customers.The ideal candidate loves data and wants to make a difference. You should be eager to share population health expertise to help Arcadia’s customers unlock more from their data.What Success Looks LikeIn 3 months- Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and data ingestion process- Learn reporting tools used by the team (Redshift, Athena, S3, QuickSight, etc)- Deliver analytics and insights that demonstrate customer valueIn 6 months- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Arcadia’s analytics platform and methodologies- Consistently bring your own ideas to life through creation of analytics for marketing and customer dashboard library- Lead cross-functional initiatives to refine analytics processes and enhance data usabilityIn 12 months- Be able to self-serve as subject matter expert on Arcadia’s analytics product- Proficiently manage multiple customer projects with on time deliverables of across a diverse range of subject areas- Identify opportunities to enhance Arcadia’s product and drive improvements that elevate the experience for both internal and external stakeholders What You'll Be Doing Lead the intake process and execution of complex analytics requests, includingo Creating custom tables and stored procedures in AWS Redshifto Supporting BI developers by creating robust data modelso Presenting data and findings to stakeholderso Supporting ad hoc data requestsServe as a value-based care SME on internal and external callsHelp build new tables and functionality in Arcadia’s productized databaseDeliver actionable insights to sales and marketing teams as neededCollaborating with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across Arcadia’s Customer Insights, Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams.
