Lead Data Analyst, AI Big Bets

Utilize expertise in data analysis to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance business operations and improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and provide valuable insights to support AI initiatives.
Lead the AI Big Bets initiative by developing and implementing data analytics strategies.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on healthcare data to identify trends and patterns.
Utilize artificial intelligence to develop predictive models and algorithms.
Communicate complex data findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Design and implement data collection and management processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data analytics and apply them to improve processes and operations.
Lead and mentor junior data analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and ensure data security.
Develop and maintain documentation of data analytics processes and procedures.
Participate in strategic planning and decision making to support the overall mission of McKesson Corporation.
Continuously evaluate and improve data analytics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and compliance.
Represent McKesson Corporation as a subject matter expert at conferences and industry events.
