Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cybersecurity expert to join our team in Dallas, TX, or various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S., with the possibility of working from home. As a Lead Cybersecurity expert, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile application software for Mobile Authentication applications and SDK. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features. You will also mentor junior developers and lead project teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Apple (iOS) mobile application software for Mobile Authentication applications and SDK
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features
Mentor junior developers and lead project teams to ensure successful project completion
Utilize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins to help streamline the development process and ensure timely app updates
Perform performance analysis and profiling to optimize Mobile Authentication application
Identify performance issues, event handling, memory leaks, and layout problems
Research, recommend, document, and coordinate implementation of changes to policies, procedures, facilities, and systems to enhance secure mobile authentication development
Interface with other stakeholders, including vendors, application development and technical support staff, and clients
Provide functional and technical expertise leadership to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of functional and technical capabilities for a group of client applications
Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests
Work on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Microservices with creating and consuming SOAP/Restful web services, WCF services
Implement client Enterprise SDK plugin for Android platform in Cordova framework using HTML5, bootstrap, Angular JS, jQuery, IBM ISAM


Requirements
Education
A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Applied Computer Science or Information Systems is required.

Experience
Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation, including:

Programming and implementing the Identity and Access Management for Apple OS
Defining functional and technical designs and performing designs and programming for complex applications according to project standards
Implementing and testing configuration and code changes to meet functional requirements
Providing functional and technical expertise leadership to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of functional and technical capabilities for a group of client applications
Assisting in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests
Working and implementing several design patterns such as Factory method, Singleton, Abstract Factory, MMVC, MVC
Working on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Microservices with creating and consuming SOAP/Restful web services, WCF services
Implementing client Enterprise SDK plugin for Android platform in Cordova framework using HTML5, bootstrap, Angular JS, jQuery, IBM ISAM


Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of mobile application development, including iOS and Android
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure mobile authentication development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and Swift
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and performance analysis and profiling tools
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Our Lead Cybersecurity experts earn between $146,088 - $231,100 yearly, depending on experience. We also offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
