**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
* Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing leadership skills
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards for store appearance
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Entry-level management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a desire to advance in your career
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques

**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
