Lead Cost Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role, you will partner directly with the INNIO Head of FP&A, VP of Controlling, Base Cost FP&A Leader as well as respective operating leaders to ensure timely reporting of financials and operational KPI’s for Cost accounts and CAPEX while also managing process automation. At INNIO we offer you: Diverse, inclusive, and international working environment Flexible working hours & home office Wide range of sports and health offers, e.g., various sports groups and an excellent canteen with balanced meals Moving cost support for new employees in accordance with policy Good public transport connections, climate ticket & free parking spaces Central location in the Alps with endless outdoor and leisure options Your Responsibilities: Actively participate in business planning session and support the development of short and long-range financial and business planning cycles Support the Head of FP&A and Base Cost FP&A Leader with actuals and planning key financial data, including Base Cost, CAPEX, Headcount, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency Lead monthly data collection and prepare respective presentation for the FP&A team Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations to support CAPEX planning during re-forecasting / budgeting cycles Support Business Intelligence development projects, Planning tool development, anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on Base cost and CAPEX process Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results Solicit feedback on planning cycle performance regularly and modify processes accordingly Your Profile: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling ideally in a complex organisation ACCA / CPA qualification & Experience Big Four is a plus Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
