Lead Corporate Counsel

Our client, a distinguished legal entity, is actively recruiting a seasoned Lead Corporate Counsel for a fully remote position. Based remotely, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal counsel across a wide spectrum of corporate matters. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for advising senior management and business units on legal risks and opportunities, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. The Lead Corporate Counsel will also manage external counsel, oversee litigation, and contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in at least one US state.
