What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize consultation skills to assess business needs and provide recommendations based on IO Psychology expertise
- Lead and participate in large project/program design for TeamVoice channels
- Stay connected to industry trends and conduct internal research to uncover employee sentiment trends
- Create and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and serve as a thought leader and mentor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree and 4+ years of HR experience with IO Psychology background
- 4+ years of consulting, storytelling, and change management experience
- Strong understanding of analytical and technical approaches, including self-service tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience with data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Prior experience using Qualtrics
