Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for AT&T.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for channel development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, retailers, and resellers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
Create and manage channel budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction, to track the success of channel strategies.
Identify potential risks and issues within the channel and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Provide guidance and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell AT&T products and services.
Stay updated on industry and market trends, and make recommendations for adjustments to channel strategies as needed.
Train and develop a team of channel managers to effectively execute channel strategies and achieve targets.
Represent AT&T at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential channel partners.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term channel strategies and plans for future growth.
Stay informed on AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with channel partners and customers.
Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture within the channel management team.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the channel management function.
