What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop AI solutions for aerospace and avionics systems
- Work on 2nd and 3rd Gen AI systems, including Cognitive & Neuromorphic AI
- Support neuromorphic systems, EW, SigInt, Drones, Avionics, and sensor correlation/fusion
- Conduct Data Science and analysis duties, provide simulations, and integrate onto hardware
- Assist in business development activities and non-AI programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in developing AI and software in Python, Tensor Flow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar environments
- Demonstrated industry experience in AI development and deployment
- Proficiency in coding with Python, C/C++
- Valid and clear driver's license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in DoD, Medical, or Commercial industries
- Strong background in Algorithms and AI deployment
