As the Lead Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of high-quality aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth skin analyses, recommending appropriate treatments and products, and performing treatments with precision and care. You will also manage client appointments, maintain detailed client records, and ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to follow-up. A significant part of this role involves training and supervising other aestheticians, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will contribute to service and product development, assist in marketing initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in esthetics, hold relevant certifications and licenses, and have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a high-end spa or aesthetic clinic. Proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for client well-being are essential. A deep understanding of various skin types and conditions, along with proficiency in advanced aesthetic technologies, is required.
