Role Description
This is a fully remote role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and managing cases to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves offering guidance and support for clients navigating mental health and behavioral health challenges while maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation and adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Social Work, including client advocacy and support
• Experience with Medical Social Work and Case Management to ensure continuity of care
• Strong background in Mental Health and Behavioral Health practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credentials required
• Prior experience in counseling or mental health services is preferred
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competency, and client-centered care
